Most definitely I struggle with a fear of Schizophrenia and Bipolar.  Way I view it, same crap different toilet.
Deep down I know it's not true, just try and rationalize and tell yourself you're alright.  But I will keep you in
my prayers. (:

You know, there are people who are just sweaty. And people who need their rooms to be very cool at night to keep from sweating. Lymphoma night sweats are DRENCHING. Not what you describe. Your sweats could also be anxiety related because you are expecting them to happen. Try simple fixes. Sleep naked, make your room cooler, use a different bed sheet material. Think horses, not zebras.

I have chronic low vitamin D and for a while I had a slightly elevated WBC. My doctor told me not to worry about it. Later I found out I had a UTI and after I took antibiotics my WBC returned to normal. Sunlover is correct. Your body fluctuates. As long as it stays in the normal range, I wouldn't worry. As far as getting vitamin D, get some sun for about 10 minutes and supplement. We live in fear of skin cancer so much that we don't get enough sun.

I have read that anxiety can cause night sweats too.

Have you asked your dr. directly of your fear?
