Hi...new to forum
« on: May 02, 2008, 03:52:42 PM »
Hi!  I'm new to this forum and I'm looking for support for anxiety.  I've been working on Joe Barry's program for almost a month and would love to meet others that are using it.  I'm trying to take away the power from the anxiety and panic by learning not to fear it.  I think positive support would be great!  Anyone interested?

Thanks for the reply!  Yea, you could look up joe barry on google and read all about it.  It really makes sense to me, but I'm thinking it will take some practice.  I've been trying a lot this past week, but today was pretty hard.  Basically, I just try to tell myself that I'm just having anxiety and I can go ahead and keep doing what I need to be doing and let it pass.  I have to keep reminding myself that it will pass, cause that's one of my fears during anxiety, that it won't pass.

I'd love to talk more about it, but am short on time right now.  If you'd like to email or anything, just let me know!  I'd be happy to!

Take care!
