why do i always feel zoned out is this dp/ds i am walking around in  a daze when i look in the mirroe i dont sort of recognise my self  had this for 3 years and it seems to be getting worse :(

Sounds like derealization to me. It comes on strong with anxiety. No magic cure for it. Distraction might help you. Used to have it. It just vanished by itself. Not had it in years. So it can just up and vanish.
