Please help me - stools!!
« on: March 18, 2014, 03:53:53 AM »
Since I can remember really I pass soft bowel movements. Not diareah and only once per day. But I rarely pass a log (sorry tmi) for example. My diet is terrible. Too much fizzy juice, too many take aways....

But I've also noticed that i sometimes have diareah and now I'm worrying it's cancer related.

Since I had my last baby I've dealing with weak bladder too and now I'm rolling it all into one and coming up with worst case scenario. My gp has said gastritis and given me omeprazole. Test for h pylori was negative. I sometimes get a dull ache in upper tummy. I had scans etc a couple of years ago and all was normal. I'm just not sure if I had the soft stools then altho I did have the upper tummy ache which sent me to the gp in first place.

In past 6 months I've had lots of blood test generally and all normal.

I dont thnk it's ovary related etc as I had scans when pregnant and I've had this before I was pregnant. Smear test a couple months ago all normal. Argh but what if it is? Or lymphoma is also worrying me. I feel so sick with worry.

The worrying about it stresses me out so much. My gp been on holiday and is back tomorrow so I'm planning to see her then. I'm just so worried this is something sinister.

Please can anyone shed their thoughts?x

Stools don't always stay the same.  I had had hard pebbles for YEARS, then it went to nice logs for YEARS, now it's back to hard.  Hormones play a big factor in stools too.   Even a small change in diet.
