Pins and Needles
« on: March 17, 2014, 06:35:29 PM »
Has anyone ever had a pins/needles sensation from anxiety.  My arms/hands and feet/legs have this feeling and I'm freaking out!!!!  I've had it for a few days and I've been really stressed.  Thanks

Oh both sides?  That would be considered, "Tingling extremities" and that's extremely common with stress/anxiety.  How old are you?  Another very common cause is menopause.  So if you are in that age category it could be either/or.  If you are younger and are under stress and now are starting to FOCUS on this, it definitely will happen.  I had a tingling leg until I stopped focusing on it (other things came up that occupied my mind - it's hard to turn off the mind deliberately and not focus)
