Another added lymphoma fear
« on: March 15, 2014, 10:50:58 PM »
So now I hand to clear my throat a lot past few days. There's mucous in my lungs and it takes a bit of throat clearing and trying to cough to bring it up. I think it's a lymphoma tumor filling my lung with fluid or sonething :/ maybe it's irritating my lung and causing this. what else could it be? I'm not sick! As far as a cold anyways

You're pregnant….increased mucus happens in pregnancy.  If you had lymphoma bad enough to cause that your Dr's would know  There would be absolutely no mistaking it.  You WOULD NOT be able to get your breath.  My Aunt had it and she couldn't' even walk a few steps without gasping for air.

Ally…you've got to treat this anxiety.  You're ruining your pregnancy.

Thank you for replying! I looked it up and you are right! The hormones of pregnancy does cause mucous to increase! Hopefully that's all it is :/. I am seeking help falcon, I've had a therapy appt scheduled for like a month, I couldn't get in until the 25th of march though .

You can do this Ally!  Tell yourself all of your tests have been fine.  This is just anxiety.

Just because the particular tests I had were okay doesn't mean I am. Been clearing my throat pretty much all day :(
