Legs ache
« on: March 12, 2014, 01:23:30 PM »
So for the past few days my legs have been really aching. I am on my feet at work for 12 hours a day so achy legs don't usually concern me very much. But this morning I woke up and my legs were aching as soon as I got out of bed. I have been getting sporadic muscle twitches in my legs but also other places on my body. I've been extremely anxious about my health lately so my my mind immediately thinks I have MS. But what really scares me is that I have been waking up with my whole left arm getting the pins and needles feeling.

I wouldn't worry about that... you said you stand for 12 hours a day. That will CERTAINLY cause your legs to ache! So what if they ached when you first woke up? You're legs are tired, and you are probably sleeping funny since your arm gets tingly. I have woken up with my arm numb... it's from the way you sleep. You just compressed a nerve.

These symptoms certainly don't sound anything like MS!

I get leg aches, cramps and weakness on and off all of the time, for decades now. I even have dreams that I'm running and my legs hurt so bad and are so weak that I can't move..lol
