Breathing issues
« on: March 08, 2014, 04:58:57 PM »
Ok does anyone ever get this, it's kind of hard to explain. I get this every now and then I really think it's anxiety but I'm not sure. Sometimes when I breathe through my mouth, not nose it feels weird. I can really hear the air when I inhale and exhale then that's all I'm focuses on and I panic and think I am wheezing. Anyone else have an experience like this?

Not exactly that but all anxiety sufferers having breathing issues at one time or another its very normal....we are so stressed and tense, its makes everything difficult ...and we are so focused on our bodies that we notice things other people wld never notice
