Bach Rescue Remedy - Natural Stress Relief
« on: March 08, 2014, 03:57:41 PM »
Has anyone here ever tried this product out? It comes in the forms of spray, drops, and gummies and made from all natural plants and what not that are known to relieve stress!

I recently started to give it a shot to see how it works, and I definitely feel they help a good bit. It doesn't take the anxiety away completely, but definitely eases the stress and tension. Felt myself getting super anxitious today, popped in a gummy, and felt myself ease. Still feeling a bit tense and blah, but it helped  ;D

I have heard of this but I have yet to try it in human form. I have a dog that has seizures, and a while back someone recommended it for when the seizure is over to keep her relaxed and not stressed out!

I am considering trying it myself (human version that is)

I went on the 12th and got a mouth spray bottle of this. Certainly not a fan of the taste! And honestly, I don't see a difference in me. The formula I got is ok with humans and dogs, so I may just give the rest of the bottle to the dog as needed. It seems to work for her, but I'm just not noticing anything in me.
