The first thing that tells me it's not a tumor is that you said these symptoms went away for 2 weeks then came back. Tumors don't just decide they are going to stop giving you symptoms, then come back. If it was a tumor, the symptoms would constantly be there and get progressively worse.
I have gotten headaches where it hurts in one spot, like a sharp pain. I have also felt like my head was going to explode, or it would hurt more when I bent down. When I was younger I remember getting a headache so bad I couldn't stand up. Headaches don't equal a brain tumor. Trust me. They can be caused by stress, dehydration, neck tension, sinus/allergies, eye strain, medications, lack of sleep, etc.
As for your ear popping- my ear pops all the time. Sometimes it gets clogged and when I talk my voice sounds weird. That symptom does not equal a brain tumor in any way. If you had a tumor in your ear, it would be an acoustic neuroma (which is benign) and you would have other symptoms which I am not going to mention. You don't need to worry about this.
Twitching muscles is 100% caused by anxiety. When I was in a very anxious state a few months ago, my muscles twitched all the time. It's caused by tension and all the stress hormones going through our bodies.
I hope this helps. I have experienced many more, worse symptoms than these... in fact I wish I only had your problems. Apparently I am ok, because I have had an MRI of my brain which came back normal. Try not to worry.
