It's just really strange. I have palinopsia (trails off of moving objects and after images) as well. I'm thinking when I had the mri the tumor was too small to see (especially since I had no contrast) and it grew since November :(

Treat your anxiety with therapy and if you are taking meds talk with your doctor about higher dose...

Obviously reassurance here is not enough since pretty much everyone told you it is anxiety, and it is.

I just don't understand how anxiety could cause that.

How it can produce twitching, tingling, numbness, stomach pain, eye pain, symptoms that mimic heart attack, headaches etc. ?

Who knows, it just can...

It just does.  Anxiety has given me heart palpitations, headaches where I felt like a band was squeezing me, seeing flashing lights, GERD, IBS, hip pain, joint pain, shakiness, muscle twitches, dizziness, nausea, belly pain and I could go on and on.

There is no way that a tumor would have been small enough for an MRI to miss.  One of the characteristics of having HA is not trusting test results and constantly seeking reassurance.  It's your brain tricking you…that's all.
