I've "recovered", if you will, from many years of slowly increasing fear-thoughts, worries over POSSIBLE health issues, etc!
Started Zoloft in early 2012, and was recommended by my Cardiologist to see a CBT-therapist. BEST damn thing I've EVER done! Was on Zoloft for a year, along with the CBT-therapy. Became a new person in 2012!
One thing I've learned....DRUGS ALONE will NOT help you much IMO.
