heart worries

Hi friends  I was holding my grandson last night for about 2 hours walking him rocking him while walking and just walking and bouncing because he was very fussy,he weighs 15 lbs and after a while my shoulder,neck begain to hurt also my arm and it radiated across the top of my chest.still have it today when I move around,now I'm terriffied  its my heart because I used google and everything pointed to heart attack I am a mess cant eat or sleep because I'm worried its my heart,they also said it could be a blood clot. Please some one talk to me ,having bad anxiety

You might have pulled something while holding your grandson. I foolishly carried my 6 year old nephew and pulled a muscle in my back. Don't google. It makes things worse.

Try taking a pain killer, if it doesn't go away then check with your doctor.

It's most likely a pulled muscle. I've never heard of blood clots happening overnight. I used to worry about heart attacks when I'd get random chest pains until my grandmother had one. If it's going to happen its just going to hit you there are rarely any signs that are going to lead up to it. One minute she was sitting on the bed talking just fine, grandfather went to the kitchen for a minute came back and she was slumped over after having a stroke. Never had any heart problems, chest pain, or any signs leading up to the stroke.

Did you have the pain before holding your grandson? If not the reason your hurting is from holding your grandson.
