I just want you to know.... You're not alone...I haven't had a period in all of my 22 years.. :|
I know you hate going to the doctor's, but you should go to a gynecologist to get that checked out. It's most likely a hormonal problem. I have skipped periods before, and it turns out some hormones were out of wack.My gynecologist put me on birth control, and my periods are normal now.
Hormones must have something to do with it! Seriously, though, anxiety / stress hormones fux up your period like it's their occupation. I think its really typical for your period to be off if you have constant anxiety. I know for me personally, if I go through a period of hyper anxiety I spot. It's literally like clock work. Like, I'll be stressing about something and i'll think to myself, "i'm deffinitly going to spot today" and then i do. It's totally redic!!Also, are you under weight? I have a friend who every time she got below a certain weight she stopped getting her period.
Anyone in your family have early menopause? I am 34 and am in perimenopause. My friend who is a few years younger than me is as well. But, like earlier posts have said you need to go to the gynecologist to make sure and see what it may be.
