Hi there! Anyone here familiar with the song "Let It Go" from Disney's Frozen? sung by the ice queen, princess elsa. Somehow the song makes a connection with my Anxiety. Just listening to the lyrics makes me look on the bright side and thinking this is all just Anxiety and nothing bad is going to happen. "The snow glows white on the mountain tonight, Not a footprint to be seen, A kingdom of isolation and it looks like I'm the queen" My favorite part.

Well i really can't recommend this song to all the gentlemen out there lol.

I LOVE Frozen! I actually think a lot of us with anxiety can relate to Elsa in a lot of ways and especially through that song. Throughout the whole movie she struggles with concealing her emotions and not being able to express herself. She's always trying to hold it all together and is always worried too, even when she's in her ice castle. I love that she finally gets to be herself in the end!

I've seen Frozen at least 4 times. I'm in the fandom actually. It's such an amazing movie and I can gush about it for hours..

I love Let It Go. Fun fact: Elsa is canonically depressed and suffering from anxiety.
