Are you receiving any help for your anxiety?  It is not easy to get brain damage. You wouldn't get it from hitting your teeth, bending over fast, or popping a pimple. People walk away from serious accidents without severe head trauma without getting brain damage. We'd all have brain damage if it was that easy. Have you ever watched a baby learn to walk?  They hit their head a lot with no damage.

No, I can't see a psychiatrist or professional due to circumstances.

I would look really hard for a low cost clinic or something. Some if them go by your income. We used to have one here and I was able to see a therapist for $2. Of course they closed:(. But they weren't well advertised and I didn't know about it until my dr told me about it. You don't want this fear to take over your life. Believe me, I know from experience.

In short, no.
If it was as easy as that then half the people in the world would have brain damage.
Try not to worry, I'm sure you wouldn't be typing messages if you had injured yourself that seriously
Lots of love
