Smothering sensations and Shortness of breath
« on: February 27, 2014, 05:40:42 PM »
I'm glad my anxiety wasn't around for some time
But it came back and its terrible
I have these shortness of breath and smothering sensations for few days now and I can't get rid of them
I'm 17 and I began to fear heart failure.
I also fear that from my stupid sitting position when I study I did something to my spinal cord, the Atlas and Axis that hold the brain stem and that they damaged the brain stem and that I will die from that.
I can't sleep at night from this and I don't really feel very anxious. I'm just so irritated and scared from this
