Does anyones anxiety just get you to the point where you can't sit still?? Its kind of annoying. I can't sit in my house for too long I have to always be on the go or moving around. I would like some down time but it seems impossible. I have a sit down job at work too so that doesn't help. I want to join a gym as an energy release, but my work schedule, commute and 2 kids doesn't leave me alot of time. Can anyone relate??
