I totally understand. I feel like if i dont keep moving my anxiety gets worse. I also have a commute to work (a sit down job as well), baby and husband so not much time to exercise or get out. Once i'm home its time to take care of the house, hubby and baby, and there's not time for anything else. Someone told me to work out in the mornings before work, but i wake up at 3:30 am as it is to go to work, and i'm not getting up any earlier! I find that if i get up and take a few walks during the work day it helps. And when the weather is good i take the baby for a walk around the neighborhood when i first get home. Its hard to find time, but you have to force it into your schedule when you can!
