Visual trails in dim light without visual snow?
« on: February 22, 2014, 09:11:29 PM »
Hello there guys. I am wondering if there is anyone here who see trails behind moving objects (without visual snow) specially in dim light. For example, if you wave your cellphone in the dark you see a slow moving trail following it/ or if you slowly wave your hand in a dark background, you see a trail of your hand catching up afterwards.

If so, how long have you had it for and how much has it affected you. Thanks guys.

I do indeed.  I have other visual snow issues so I assume they're related, but the lights in the dark one is actually a little entertaining for me.  It hasn't affected my life at all, except for being a little weird.  My eyes and brain check out fine.  I think one eye doctor suggested weak eye muscles as a catalyst - I am horribly nearsighted - but ultimately they all said "we don't know, it just happens sometimes."  It's never caused a problem.
