constant anxiety

With anxiety/panic attacks does anyone suffer from week long.headaches?? I have alot of stress in my life lately, I'm hoping its just from that. Anyone?

Anxiety, fear, panic, stress, etc. can settle anywhere. For some it's the neck, back, arms, legs, digestion, can be the head.

The underlying distress needs to be addressed perhaps with a therapist, some light meds, CBT, exercise, meditation. Some people think dehydration causes headaches. Truth is most of us do not drink enough water. Just some thoughts.

Thank you, appreciate your suggestions. I will try to put them to use....the only thing I worry about is this dull headache for 4 days now!!

Honestly, it may just be dehydration. Maybe make some soup and eat a gallon of it (joking). Then you'll be thirsty and drink water, perhaps some tea.

I get head pressure.  I'm still trying to figure out what's sooooo wring with me. I've been to the er 20 times scared to death about my symptoms I have.  I get so dizzy. My chest tight I can't breath all day. Chest pains in differmt areas in my chest.  I feel bad alot. It sucks. They all say its anxiety.  I went to the cardiologist the other day. I have test to check my heart on weds.  I wish this would go away whatever it is.  God bless you and I hope you are ok too.
