Twitching... Normal?
« on: February 19, 2014, 08:27:29 PM »
Quick question - I've been getting muscle twitches that occur almost in perfect time to my heartbeat. These happen in my chest the most (where I have a history of getting pain and tightness when anxious), and for awhile I thought they were some sort of palpitations. But I think they're muscle twitches, because I'll be able to feel the pulse for a minute or so, and then if I stretch the area out, it seems to go away.

Does anyone else ever get these heartbeat-like twitches? It would make sense that it's anxiety-related because I know those muscles are probably overtaxed from tension, but it's still a little unsettling.
