I can relate to how you are feeling.....when my anxiety or panic acts up it seems I "feel" it more on one side....my doc says I'm just concentrating of feeling something, anything, to justify what I'm feeling when not feeling well, although is more than likely is anxiety.
If you concentrate hard enough on one part of your body, its amazing what you can "think" you are feeling.
I'm sorry to hear you are feeling off balance and that's a miserable feeling!! Do your sinuses feel full or perhaps have a bit of a plugged ear? Those can certainly cause balance issues!! If it doesn't get better, I'd ask your doc to check out your sinuses....if they are inflamed or infected, they can give you something to help with that. Best of luck!
