Has anyone here ever had Chronic backpain? (LungCan fear)
« on: February 18, 2014, 04:22:38 PM »
has anyone ever had back pain that just won't go away, whether mild or severe?

For almost 7months, my back has been hurting below my left shoulderblade

It's not intense pain like it was, after tennis ball it is a 1/10 pain, but it's still there non the less, I can't get rid of it

Yep, for 20 months now been in moderate to severe pain between my shoulder blades, left side of the spine.  It's intermingled with burning across my chest and back.  MRI, x-rays and CT scan, as well as a host of blood tests have shown nothing other than "just being tight."  Seems crazy to me.

MOST anxiety happens at the subconscious level.  JUST because you don't feel consciously anxious or had a day or two of calm doesn't mean your mind & body are relaxed.  It can take months of reduced anxiety before a body goes back to a more non-reactive state.  - AnxietyZone member Sixpack

I've got the same thing. For well over a year now, I've had pain in that exact same spot that radiates into my chest and down my left arm.  The only thing that helps is putting heat on it and relaxing.  My doctor said the muscle is very tight there.
Stress and worry make it worse.

I've had this (Still get it from time to time) It mainly happens after I rack the bar after squats so I assume it's pain from a Slip disc or pressure on my spine/should blade, Mine tends to get somewhat painful probably 3 or 4 out of 10, never had a scan though.

How many months/years have you had this problem?
