Ladies question

I was wondering if any of you ladies
Feel breakthrough anxiety when pms-ing? I feel like I have pms for like a week and a half and my anxiety spikes before I get my period. I take .5 klonopin but I feel like I need more when I'm at
This point in my cycle ....does this happen to anyone else?

Yes!!!!  I can absolutely tell my period is about to start because my anxiety is completely ramped up.  I've talked to my therapist about it and I do a lot of self talk…these feelings are not real, they're caused by the hormone changes in my body.  It helps.
