Early morning headache - worried sick now!
« on: February 13, 2014, 02:45:50 AM »
Hi everyone, it's been such a long time since I've had to come on to here....! I just turned 25 yesterday.... And this morning (about 6:30) I woke up with a really dull pain across my forehead and I've not been back to sleep since. It's right across my forehead and it's really dull and constant. The light is definitely affecting it so I've turned off the lamp and closed the curtains. It hurts more if I cough. I've now started feeling a bit sick and have stomach pains but I think it's just cause I'm worried now... I usually suffer from te goin headache but this isn't like that... Could it be a migraine? I've never had one before.... Please can I get some reassurance from someone!?! Worried sick now :-(

Sorry to hear that and happy belated birthday. My head does t sometimes early in the morning, I want to say its just my medication cycling through and the bright lights. I hope you have a goodnight. I'm like half asleep tying this right now.

Sometimes, when I'm home alone, I fill my bathtub with tomato sauce and pretend I'm a meatball.

My morning headaches are sinus related. A lot of gunk up there in the mornings. Light sensitive indicated it might be a migraine but since you said it hurts when cough it might be sinuses. When your up to it turn on the shower to hot and breath in some steam.

Happy birthday!
