I've had hypochondria for about a year it comes in phases and each phase will last about 1-2 weeks then it won't come back for a month or two. Well today I was so close to getting over this phase and something happened. My skin feels hot to touch and I can feel it kind of burning up. No rash or pain whatsoever. I had my mom feel my back and head and she said they weren't hot. My hands are also ice cold.. am I imagining this crap now?

It feels hot, cold, so what? Don't Google your symptoms, continue daily activities like before and symptoms will eventually go away. New will come, and they will go away too. Anxiety works like that, sooner you accept that, better.
