as exhausting and hopeless as it may seem at times we need to keep pushing on and implementing our strategies to getting better (not just getting by or dealing with the moment).
everything we do in life is another step to preparing for the future.....although we may not realize it at the time.
i have been through times of literal HELL with my anxiety but i have also been blessed to see the times of absolute joy and relief.
we cannot go through our days without trying to get better, no matter how long we have had this hopelessness loom over us.
keep your head up, keep pushing forward and never stop thinking positive thoughts because those thoughts eventually become a reality....i promise that.
