aortic aneurysm

So scared i think i have an aortic aneurysm got lower back pain stomachs been rumbling like mad and i can see my stomach move with every heartbeat it's freaking me out really scared

Just 2 add I'm a 23 year old female don't smoke or drink someone please give me advice

Back pain is probably muscular. Stomach rumbling is probably gas, your digestion, stress reaction, etc.
Aortic aneurysms typically happen in the middle aged or elderly who have significant underlying health issues.
