Understanding OCD
« on: February 08, 2014, 03:10:57 PM »

I found this very informational, and I thought I'd share. It's good to read for us as OCD sufferers to really understand what the disorder is and to realize that we're not alone and what we're feeling is truly caused by the disorder and not ourselves. It's also a good read for a loved one to to truly understand exactly what we're going through and see what the disorder is capable of.

Thank you for sharing, steph  :action-smiley-065:! We can never get too much information on what's going on with our conditions and understanding does help to a point, in my opinion.

As others saw; I could not bring
My passions from a common spring.
