Is it normal for your ears to pop when you yawn?
« on: February 07, 2014, 11:26:37 PM »
My ears pop when I open my mouth wide or yawn. Is this normal? I googled it and did not come up with a clear answer. Some website say popping your ears is bad and if they pop often you have Eustachian tube dysfunction. I dont know what to believe. My ears have always been like this, its nothing new. I just started wondering if its normal.

Yes, completely normal. It happens to me all the time, and happens more frequently when I have a cold. I assure you, nothing to worry about.
