This is very very common. Anxiety can really wreak havoc on digestion. It also can stay with you for awhile even when you are no longer anxious. The key is work on lowering your anxiety, and to accept the symtpom will possibly be with you for a while --just don't give it the power over you. Don't pay it much attention, and when it worries you, just repeat to "Anxiety can really wreak havoc on digestion", and then smile and go do something fun.
