Well, recovery from anxiety is a 2 steps forward 1 step back process . . . I call them speedbumps and I have found, for me, at least, that they only thing that one can do is to accept it and try again . . . I know the process is difficult, frustrating, and aggravating but it is a process and not a single event . . . .and sometimes, when we do feel better, it is easy to remember how we did feel with anxiety and trigger the anxiety . . . I know this is not much help, but I think I am safe in saying that this is a common process . . . come here and chat, though, and it might make you feel better and more equipped to go back to taking your 2 steps forward . . . take care, kc
