I am freaking out!
I am convinced that I have contracted Tetanus
My son ran into me with the grocery cart while we were at the store on February 1st.
He hit the back of my left ankle...it caused an ugly scrape that stung for days and it's getting better now.
(I never really cleansed the wound, because I didn't think it was that bad, but I took a shower a few hours later)
But, I started having these weird spasm/trembling/shakes in that same leg that I got the cut.....and only that one over the last 3-4 days.
At first I just thought...it's just my anxiety.
But, now I think it's Tetanus!
My muscles have begun to feel sore, mostly in my legs and butt, over the last couple of days, but I have been trying to stay on my feet most of the day, instead of laying around like I've done for the last few years.
I've been feeling extremely tired and weak out of nowhere, but I haven't been sleeping well, and I've been getting headaches, but it is that time of the month for me....
I am so terrified because the shaky spasm thing with my leg has been happening more and more.....and I haven't had my tetanus vaccine since I was 15, and I am 35.
It's been 6 days already.....is it too late to get the vaccine?
I want to cry.....so bad
