I would say so... I have asked this question also.  I usually feel so uneasy and that something is about to happen to me. I have tightness in chest, shooting chest pains, Depersonalization,  things like that for days after panic. Even when I have no reason to panic or feel bad. The symptoms are still there.

during particularly bad panic attacks, shaking is a very common symptom. Like if you had a list of all the major symptoms, it would be #3. You're far from alone on this one. And yeah, that does include no feeling of anxiety - in reality, the anxiety is manifesting as shaking rather than its normal form.

I shake when I feel on edge.  Coming out of a panic attack I will shake even when I am starting to feel calm.  It sometimes feels like my insides are shaking but I hold my hand out and I am not shaking noticeable at all.
