Health anxiety I am drowning in it
« on: February 05, 2014, 05:02:06 AM »
I never was a heart worrier until the last two months. Started before Christmas and kept on still. My EKG and blood work checked out great. So I been on meds and it has helped some but my symptoms are still there. Tingling pinky and sometimes a dull ache in my finger. Pain in middle of my back shoulder blade area and trap muscle so sore and tight some breathing issues but I think that is panic also neck pain. Kinda freaking out and wonder if anyone has been through this. All advice appreciated....

It can all come with anxiety. We tend to tense up a lot. Ever see a cat when it sees a dog? The way the hairs stand up and the cat goes up on four paws. That is us with anxiety. Ready to defend an attack. One that might not even happen. So after a while of this we can become sore all over the body. Many times I have had pains between the shoulder blades. Breathing awkward. It can clear up in a day or two. I always put it down to my anxiety. Think nothing more of it at all. The less I focus on it the quicker it goes away. Just all sounds like typical anxiety issues.
