recent trip to dermatalogist
« on: February 04, 2014, 04:07:12 PM »
So I just got back from the skin cancer specialist and he removed a raised mole that was on my personal area. He said he's not concerned, at least I think that's what he said, I was so nervous I can't remember but anyway he removed it and sent it out for a biopsy just to be sure he said. My concern is this...if it doesn't look like anything he's concerned with then why the biopsy? Do they biopsy everything they cut off you?? Uhh now I have to wait about a week for the results and I'm worried because 5 years ago I had a basal cell on my face and they had to cut about the size of a dime out of my face. I cant imagine having to have more cut out of my private area. This sucks  :(

lol, you'll be fine. You didn't describe the mole as looking sinister. You'll be A-Okay :)
