How many times has anyone's fear come true?

Has this happened? I'm scared every time girt a test because I feel like that's going to bd me.

The question you ask has no answer, annaki. You're looking for reassurance, something I've done a hundred times before. Reassurance is a band-aid solution. It might make you feel a bit better for a short while, but in the long run, you're reinforcing behavior that perpetuates your health anxiety. It feeds off your constant desire for reassurance. It's a hard habit to break.

Tests are not bad or harmful. They help to determine whether there's anything that needs fixing in your body. Even if they alert you to something bad, that advance warning can help you recover more quickly.
