I have been having a hard time with panic attacks and anxiety lately. I notice one of my triggers is when I am not feeling well, I think the worst. For the past few days I have been feeling fine. I woke up this morning, felt fine. This morning after church I started having a pain in my back all the way to my chest. If im standing straight up its not as bad. If I move my shoulders forward is when it really hurts and takes my breath away or if im slightly bent over. Im really having a hard time. I keep wondering if something is wrong. I dont want to make myself go into a full blown panic attack. I mean I could of just slept wrong, pulled something? I dont know the difference between pinpointing if its my lungs or back. I would really appreciate your input. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Respond if you can. Thanks
