Has anyone ever had a significant injury from muscle tension caused by anxiety?
I started trying to deal with jelly legs and the on boat feeling wen out in public or in groups.
I literally cannot stand freely without support.
I started clenching muscles in my neck, shoulders, lumbar spine, glutes and legs and as such have developed a limp.
According to my physio I have a bit of work ahead of me. I have a pinched nerve in one leg and ridiculously tight muscles requiring acupuncture and lots of deep tissue work.
