Headaches and eyes going out of focus
« on: January 31, 2014, 09:15:49 PM »
Okie dokie time to post...ie. The past week and a half I've been exhausted, have had a constant headache behind my eyes/in between my eyes and my eyes are constantly going out of focus and I have to fight to get them into focus. I don't know why, but I'm trying to think rationally. I thought it could be because of the happy light I've been using in the mornings maybe, so I'm going to stop using it and see. But I'm wondering what else could be causing this? Trying very hard to stay calm and rational.

I know I have had a hard time with keeping my eyes in focus the last week or so, even with my glasses on. I'm not sure if its my anxiety or if its the weather but you are definitely not alone there. I really hope not using your light helps you! Good luck!

How old are your glasses?  I have to keep readjusting mine to see clear because I need new ones (like pushing them close to my face or readjusting them on my ears.   The numbness is an anxiety symptom and eye floaters are neither anxiety nor dangerous.  They are very common for near sighted people.

maybe the prescription is wrong - my mom got a prescription and they messed it all up.  And and when your eyes go out of focus, how long does it last?  Or do you blink a few times and it's fine?
