Today I walked 2.5 miles and ran 2.5 miles then I went for a bike ride.. Probably like a mile. When I got off the bike... I noticed my heart was beating fast, and then it went crazy and didn't calm down for like 10 minutes! Being down this road before, I new it was an anxiety attack, but I didn't feel anxious despite being a cardio hypochondriac. I trust my doctors when they tell me my heart is fine.. What I am trying to say is.. I didn't feel anxious about my heart! It just happened.. Could it be some kind of subconscious anxiety?
Is this a heart problem, or just an anxiety attack? Has anyone else experienced anxiety post workout?
Simple anxiety, or something more sinister going on in my body?!
