So when I looked in the mirror this morning I saw this pouch under my belly button and it freaked me out like a lot .. Idk if it got worse cause my period is supposed to start is it normal to have a pouch right there? And this is going to to sound dooo stupid but I keep searching things but can you get an actual period and be pregnant? (I'm not pregnant I'm only 15 these things terrify me soo much I do know you gotta have sex etc ok I'm just wondering cause I've been on edge about it for so long now)
And are girls supposed to gain weight in puberty? (again something else I keep searching) I've been a stick for so long now I got got a pouch and pudge..
Sorry these sound so stupid I need to let it all out lol and I want to have ease for once..  :fragend005:

Yes, it's common to gain weight during puberty.

Yes, it's common to get even larger (bloated) during your period.

No, you cannot menstruate while pregnant.
