Odd Breathing and Dizziness Issues
« on: January 26, 2014, 03:31:29 AM »
THIS IS A REPOST OF SOMETHING FROM THE GAD BOARD! Please delete the GAD one, mods....anyway, I'm really frightened at the moment. Today has been filled with breathing issues and odd dizziness. Sometimes, when I close my eyes, it'll feel like the room is spinning. It feels like I will stop breathing at any second, and at one point, my resting HR was 112. I feel dizzy a lot, it gets worse when I turn my head and stand still at a certain point. It's like the room spins for a few seconds and stop. I feel my breathing slow and it gets more nerve wracking when I can't feel my breathing go in and out of my nose and my head will spin. Tonight has been the worst night, I try to catch my breath but none of them are satisfying breaths. They are either super slow breaths or fast, mostly slow. I get nervous that my heart and breathing will stop. I had a bad heart palp today and it felt like my heart literally stopped [I had my hand on my chest at the time] and I got so nervous, my body flushed with it. Distractions aren't working at all. Any help? My breathing currently feels too slow.

It is ALWAYS worse when I wake up,  I wake up dizzy and unable to look at anything for like 5 min, I feel my head spin and I get slow, slow breathing.

Sounds like BPPV. See an ENT to verify.

hWhat is that? I woke up with it lessened, but nonetheless still there. I fear it is a heart issue.

Help? Jeez, sometimes when I stand, it feels like I stopped breathing. I am afraid I have pneumothorax or something.

Help? It gets worse with activity and I get some of the sharp side/arm pains, sometimes when I walk and my breathing feels weird, my knees feel weak and I fear I will faint. And then when I get better, my HR gets up to 112. o.O Terrifying, I think it could be v-tach, which is dangerous.
