Trying to Calm Myself Down But it's difficult.
« on: January 24, 2014, 04:39:54 PM »
Hey all,

The past couple of days I've had a pain in my back around my right shoulder blade going to my neck. At first I assumed it was because I've been stressed out from worrying about my sister's health. But today, I have a heartburn sensation in my throat so I'm freaking out that this can be something worse than just worry or sleeping differently. I'm by myself right now, so I'm a mess.

Any advice?

No I haven't googled anything. I just remember reading things about people having these symptoms before a heart attack.  :(

The only time I googled anything was my sister's aortic stenosis and freaked out about that... and that was on Tuesday.
