Normal? (Girls only please)
« on: January 22, 2014, 06:52:41 PM »
This is this going to sound really stupid.. But my period is supposed to come this week and I have no symtoms except for boob pain bloating and back pain. I have nothing else I usually have cramps and other things. Is that normal? I know I can't be pregnant, I'm not sexually active and I had normal periods.
I know this sounds really stupid I just worried about it too much. 👎

That's that's definitely normal, sometimes I get tons of symptoms before my period, and sometimes I get none. Usually boob pain and bloating are marker symptoms of an on coming period because of all the estrogen running rampant throughout the body, and sometimes you may get no symptoms. Don't worry.

Totally normal!  Symptoms can vary depending on the month.  For example, I always tend to have horrible horrible cramps, but once in a very blue moon I will barely have any (and I am so grateful when that happens!).

If you arent sexually active Id say you have absolutely nothing to worry about! I sometimes get period-like symptoms in the middle of the cycle! Its totally normal for you to be feeling like that. Some times stress can make your period do funny things too, when I started college I got my period every other week. Try to stop stressing and try to relax, I of all people know its hard, but its worth it to try right?  :happy0151:
