I've posted a couple of times now about memory problems but haven't really gotten am answer from anyone about whether it sounds relatively normal.
My symptoms are:
A lot of trouble remembering what I've just done
Feeling like things I've just done have happened to someone else
Trouble staying focused
Trouble staying in the 'now'
Trouble remembering just about everything - I have to REALLY concentrate to remember what I had for dinner two nights ago
Does this sound like brain fog? Is it normal?
I'm not that anxious at the moment - and I've never had a phenomenal memory. But I feel like it is getting worse.
OR. Is this my newest health anxiety scare that's really just my evolving, clever anxiety trying to trick me into thinking I have something wrong with my memory (and by extension by brain)
Is it possible I'm more stressed than I even realise and this IS a symptom of anxiety?
How sad that I don't even know any more...
