Hi there, I'm so sorry you're feeling bad. I will try to help. This is just your anxiety, try not to let it go any further. Get a cup pf herbal tea, no caffeine, and sit quietly and try to relax. Take deep breaths and know that this is your anxiety. Are you alone?

Please stop focus on the feelings. It makes it worse. Breath slow belly breaths. That's one thing I've been doing in my therapy. Get a warm beverage, take a hot breath, read a book and get your mind off how you feel. Re-evaluate things tomorrow in the light of a new day. Then seek help first from your GP, and if nothing is found their please try cognitive behavior therapy. It's been helping me a lot! Plus I started a small dose of Lexapro. After 3 months I get far less de-realization and freak outs that I'm randomly dying.

I agree. CBT is great. Meds helped me as well, but there are side effects. IMO, I'd go to meds as a last resort. They CAN help though.
Hope you feel better.

Just want to throw out there, I NEVER wanted to take these kind if meds. I felt weak and like I wasn't trusting God enough. After talking a long time to my Christian doctor about it, at his recommendation I agreed to try. The first week I had a lack if appetite off and on but no I'll affects since then. Just my experience :)
