Feeling good
« on: January 15, 2014, 01:10:07 AM »
I been feeling really good recently .... My Lexapro has kicked and my PA seem to be far and few between.
However the last couple weeks they have been sneaking up on me again.
I went to my GP Friday and she is great .... Talked to me for over 45 mins and helped me work some things out and assured me with all the tests on my heart I had within the past 3-4 months if SOMETHING was wrong it would have shown up on something.   I just wish I could convince myself of this when I am having these feelings .

As I am typing this I am feeling one coming on.
does anyone else get like achy/ heaviness in their arms?
This is what I am feeling right now.   Even though I know it's NOT my heart ... My mind goes right to me having a heart attack because it's a sytpom of a heart attack.
It's like once I think ... It's my heart, everything spirals outta control.   I'm sweating, chest pains , light headed ... And so forth.

Any advice?
