My family and I took up a job looking over a hotel in Colorado mountains for the winter. We were really enjoying it at first being here and having it all to ourselves, but lately my anxiety has been horrible. Any ideas on what I can do to relieve this feeling? we still have a long way to go, and it is extremely difficult or impossible to get to the closest town.

No idea why, but the film ' The Shining ' comes to mind. Isolated in a hotel with snow everywhere. The thing is to try and keep yourself busy. Might be hard there. But try and look for things to do. If you are just sitting around it is going to bring you down. We need to try and stay active. Exercise the mind.
